Always eager to stay up to date with the latest developments in the orthopaedic field, he regularly attends conferences, both nationally and internationally, while also presenting lectures to local GPs and physiotherapists about upper limb surgery and treatment options.

Mr Pardiwala has a visiting fellowship at the internationally renowned Cape Shoulder Clinic in Cape Town, South Africa.
