Having qualified as a doctor in 2010 at the University of Liverpool, Dr. Aftab completed her general practice training in 2020 in North Lincolnshire. She has worked across many surgical and medical specialties. As a registered GP and menopause specialist, she has a special interest in all aspects of women’s health, and is passionate about helping and guiding women through “the change” with ease and confidence.

Dr. Aftab’s skill set includes providing a compassionate, listening ear to women who feel their concerns and problems have been overlooked, disregarded, or misunderstood. Her approach to clinical care combines empathy, understanding, and  expert medical knowledge which empowers women in choosing the most appropriate treatment optionsto improve their quality of life.
