With more than thirty years of expertise in the mental health field, Dr. Bobdey qualified as a doctor in 1992 and currently works in the independent sector as a consultant psychiatrist. She also works for a number of other prestigious bodies including the ministry of justice as a medical member of the mental health review tribunal and specialist visitor for the office of public guardian. She also works as a visitor for the care quality commission and as a medical examiner for the GMC (General Medical Council) and General Pharmaceutical Council, demonstrating her expertise and in-depth knowledge of her field.

Having completed dual training from the Royal College of Psychiatrists in Adult and Old Age psychiatry, Dr. Bobdey went on to receive further training in the management of a range of disorders including those affecting cognitive function, mood, anxiety, sleep, eating, and psychosexual behaviours, having received awards for clinical excellence for her work in the NHS.

Dr. Bobdey has worked extensively across India, New Zealand, and the UK as a consultant psychiatrist, corporate trainer and life coach, designing training programmes that address work/life balance, working environment, team harmony and personal growth issues.

Taking a holistic, client-centred approach to treatment, Dr. Bondey uses a variety of therapeutic approaches including CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Group Therapy alongside relaxation techniques, mindfulness meditation, art therapy, aromatherapy, nutritional guidance and psychoeducation.
